3 pasal UU ITE yang membahayakan blogger

Berikut ini, ada beberapa pasal yang mungkin harus Anda cermati dan perhatikan supaya terhindar dari jerat UU ITE. Juga supaya Anda aman saat berselancar, menulis, posting atau melakukan hal-hal tertentu di dunia maya.

Terdapat sekitar 11 pasal yang mengatur tentang perbuatan-perbuatan yang dilarang dalam UU ITE, yang mencakup hampir 22 jenis perbuatan yang dilarang. Dari 11 Pasal tersebut ada 3 pasal yang dicurigai akan membahayakan blogger atau peselancar internet tanpa disadari.

Pasal 27 ayat (1)
”Setiap Orang dengan sengaja dan tanpa hak mendistribusikan dan/atau mentransmisikan dan/atau membuat dapat diaksesnya Informasi Elektronik dan/atau Dokumen Elektronik yang memiliki muatan yang melanggar kesusilaan.”

Pasal 27 ayat (3)
”Setiap Orang dengan sengaja dan tanpa hak mendistribusikan dan/atau mentransmisikan dan/atau membuat dapat diaksesnya Informasi Elektronik dan/atau Dokumen Elektronik yang memiliki muatan penghinaan dan/atau pencemaran nama baik. ”

Pasal 28 ayat (2)
“Setiap Orang dengan sengaja dan tanpa hak menyebarkan informasi yang ditujukan untuk menimbulkan rasa kebencian atau permusuhan individu dan/atau kelompok masyarakat tertentu berdasarkan atas suku, agama, ras, dan antargolongan (SARA).”

Lavender




Lavender flowers are spike-like flowers composed of multiple, tiny purple florets on a slender, elegant stem. They are valued for their soothing, herbaceous fragrance, their healing properties, their multitude of uses and their physical beauty. In addition to these characteristics, lavender flowers, like many other types of flowers, possess a unique meaning.

Meaning of Lavender Flowers
Through out history, humans have ascribed specific meanings to flowers and used flowers to convey these meanings. This practice grew especially popular during the Victorian era, when people selected the flowers within a bouquet as carefully as they would choose the words for a letter. Many flowers have distinct meanings. For example, red roses are associated with romance and passion, while daisies denote innocence. In the language of flowers, lavender flowers symbolizes magic, love, protection, healing, vision, purity, silence, devotion and caution

Types of Lavender Flowers
There are at least 28 species of lavender plants that produce flowers having slightly different appearances and smells. One of the most common types of lavender is Lavandula angustifolia, which is known as English lavender and has narrow leaves. Lavandula dentate, which is sometimes referred to as Spanish or French lavender, is a favorite within the perfume industry and has toothed leaves. Lavandula spica, also known as spike lavender, has tufted leaves. The genus name "lavandula" derives from the Latin word "lavare," which means to wash; the ancient Romans liked to used lavender as a bath scent.

Uses of Lavender Flowers

You can cut and air dry lavender flowers and use them for a multitude of purposes, including the following: alone or combined with other herbs to make herbal tea, as a fragrant, flavor-enhancing addition to all types of recipes, especially desserts; to make sachets with which to scent dresser drawers, closets and other spaces, to stuff pillows that will promote a good night's sleep, as an addition to handmade grooming products such as soaps, bath salts and scrubs, as potpourri to fragrance a room, or to make scented wreaths, swags or other dried floral arrangements.

Start here, The word photography comes from two ancient Greek words: photo, for "light," and graph, for "drawing." "Drawing with light" is a way of describing photography.If you are interested in learning about picture-taking, then welcome to the world of photography! You will find photography to be a very interesting and fun art. 
 A professional photographer uses photography to make a living, while amateur photographers take photographs for pleasure and to record an event, place or person. With photography you can capture moment you will never relive again.
A photograph is not just a representation of what one sees in reality. It often represents something that is not seen by an ordinary observer. A photograph is definitely worth a thousand words, and it has the power to convey a whole new meaning of a particular situation. While photography may be a hobby to some, this art form is a complete profession to many, as it offers various avenues to aspiring photographers. The world's most spectacular photographs need not require the most expensive equipment. A stunning photograph would require the expertise of a skillful eye that is trained to capture moments in the best way possible.

The types of photography :

1.  Still Life Photography
Still life photography is all about capturing objects on camera that are deliberately grouped together to create a particular composition. This form of art requires the photographer to have an excellent sense of composition and lighting. A photographer in this case, can create different textures and use objects that add interest to an otherwise normal composition.

2. Nature Photography

Street Photography: This is all about capturing candid images of public places or even people in their natural element. A photographer, in this case, requires the skill to mingle with people and capture the best frames, without being conscious of people around. Henri Cartier-Bresson used the technique of wrapping the camera inside his handkerchief. Of course, one also has to consider the legal issues, as there are many places where this type of photography is prohibited for security reasons.
Celebrity Photography: Celebrity photography is all about capturing celebrities from various fields. Various media houses use such photographs - from publications (magazines, newspapers) to the online media. In this case, there are various ways of approaching the subject. In the first instance, celebrities are shot with meticulous planning in a studio or at an outdoor location, where the styling is well planned for; this includes the clothes, make up, and the accessories. Apart from this, photographers who specialize in celebrity photography also need to capture them at various functions or press conferences. Whereas, there is a third type of celebrity photography known as the paparazzi. This is about capturing celebrities on camera without their consent.
